Just over a year ago, we employed VA Monday-Friday 8-12 for our mom who was in need of help with activities of daily living. We had consistent care given by Melanie. Melanie went beyond helping our mom by assisting our dad when needed. She became part of their family. When our mom needed weekend care as well, the office staff scheduled others to fill the gap.
