We were grateful for the Visiting Angels during my elderly mother-in-law's surgery in June 2026. Immediately after her procedure, we expected she would go directly to a rehab for a few days. The facility did not accept her as expected. We had already consulted and had a schedule in place with the Visiting Angels based on the rehab plan. We thought we were in a real pinch now since rehab was not part of the plan. Just over a year ago, we employed VA Monday-Friday 8-12 for our mom who was in need of help with activities of daily living. We had consistent care given by Melanie. Melanie went beyond helping our mom by assisting our dad when needed. She became part of their family. When our mom needed weekend care as well, the office staff scheduled others to fill the gap.
