Visiting Angels has been a huge help. I think so very highly of Ramona. Both she and Cathylee have worked hard to meet short notice scheduling needs with kindness and understanding. Our regular caregiver, Belinda, is wonderful. She really cares and exudes a genuine warmth – something you really want when you need someone to look after a loved one. She is always on time and goes above and beyond. We are very lucky to have her!

From the very first time Courtney stepped into our grandmothers home, it was clear that she was not just a caregiver – she was a blessing in human form. I needed care for my father, so I called Visiting Angels- Yakima, Wa. The onboarding was easy, Ramona came to his house to establish him as a client, and the Angel they sent, Selma, is truly an angel. She is awesome with him, they get along great, her communication is excellent. I would recommend the Yakima Visiting Angels to anyone looking for the services they offer!

Selecting Visiting Angels to help my elderly mother was one of the very best decisions I’ve made for her. From the first contact/phone call to the visit to my mother’s house for the assessment, they were careful, thorough and very, very caring. It was immediately clear to me my mother was going to be in very good hands. I really want to recognize our caregivers Paige and Jessica for the care they gave my Grandpa. Paige was absolutely wonderful with Grandpa. She is an incredibly hard worker and really took the time to get to know him. She learned his routine, knew how to read him, and could usually tell what he needed even when he being stubborn. She was consistent with him every day, very attentive, and I always knew she was going to do everything she could to make sure he was comfortable and taken care of.
