My mother has had Visiting Angels for about a year. We couldn’t be more pleased with them. They are flexible, professional, patient and kind. Teresa is my mom’s favorite! She has helped her organize her closet, fixes her meals, cleans her living quarters and helps her shower. Visiting Angels has been very easy to work with coordinating a schedule that works for me. My husband's caregiver Savanah visits a couple of afternoons each week to provide him with company and assist him with taking a walk and other activities. *It has been 2 days since the owner's response and there was never a follow up email with his personal cell number as stated. I sent Ramona, the manager, an email with a follow up letter for him since I do not have his info. I have attached my letter. DO NOT use this agency by any means possible. This company is greedy and does not do what is best for their clients or employees. We have been with the company for a year but will not continue due to ethics and values.
