Lynette came to my home and waited for my transport to bring me home. We went into my home & I was under the impression to go over paperwork & create a plan. That never happened. She said she would back that Friday to go over it all. No call no show. So now I have to go looking again for help. If this is how this company treats possible clients it is wrong.

My family and I are beyond pleased with the care given to my mother by you staff members. They attend to my mother, who is 100 years old, on a daily basis. On 11/28/2023, I called Visiting Angels to see if they could assist me with caregiving to my mother who is under hospice care in my home with another agency but I'm needing additional caregiving.
