Visiting Angels was nothing short of a lifesaver for my husband and I in caring for his mother! For the past 5+ years following a hospitalization and rehab stay, Visiting Angels assisted my mother-in-law with her basic activities of daily living plus cooked meals, provided companionship and peace of mind for us! Lynette came to my home and waited for my transport to bring me home. We went into my home & I was under the impression to go over paperwork & create a plan. That never happened. She said she would back that Friday to go over it all. No call no show. So now I have to go looking again for help. If this is how this company treats possible clients it is wrong.
