I am so thankful for the excellent respite care that Visiting Angels provided to my mom. Being her only caregiver, it was such a blessing to be able to get some rest and time away and to know that she was in capable, loving hands. Everyone was very professional, kind, and attentive to my mother’s needs.

After only a few months being with them and having continued issues of no shows no calls or call outs leaving us with no care. We had to move on to another company. Here is just one of the many issues. After being told for hours the caregiver was on the way, only to find out that no one was coming at all. We have been so pleased with the care given to my 96 year old Dad. Our caregivers always go above and beyond what we ask and seem genuinely concerned about him and our family.

We have been very happy with our interactions with visiting angels. My sister has had moments of confusion and frustration occasionally, but your people have done a wonderful job supporting her. There have been no accidents at night, and she is clearly moving is positive directions. You have responded quickly to my concerns and have made this whole thing much, much better. I suspect that we will continue our relationship when she leaves rehab. (I don't need to be contacted about this, but am glad to give feedback.)

Visiting Angels is a great company that cares about the loved ones that they take care of. I've spoken with Rick Jones and Jeff Ward personally several times, and they are great people who I would trust for the care of my own loved ones if the need arose.
