My sister is a patient of Visiting Angels and has advanced age related dementia. Her primary caregiver is excellent! She honestly cares about my sister and always considers her wishes and needs. She is a very competent problem solver and is compassionate in her treatment. She arrives when expected and makes sure that my sister is eating, bathing, and taking her medication as prescribed. I am so thankful for the excellent respite care that Visiting Angels provided to my mom. Being her only caregiver, it was such a blessing to be able to get some rest and time away and to know that she was in capable, loving hands. Everyone was very professional, kind, and attentive to my mother’s needs.

After only a few months being with them and having continued issues of no shows no calls or call outs leaving us with no care. We had to move on to another company. Here is just one of the many issues. After being told for hours the caregiver was on the way, only to find out that no one was coming at all. We have been so pleased with the care given to my 96 year old Dad. Our caregivers always go above and beyond what we ask and seem genuinely concerned about him and our family.
