I have nothing but great things to say about visiting angels so compassionate and caring people work for this company highly recommend
The care my grandmother received was average but not outstanding. I do not have any complaints with the lady we were working with. My issue has arisen with the billing department. We had setup automatic payments and when we no longer needed service, we were billed two more cycles. I had reached out to get it corrected and all seemed ok. They couldn't refund the credit card (don't know why?) but they told me they would mail a check. Never received a check.
