Two employees from this company drove across my parents newly landscaped front yard. I contacted them shortly after and they confirmed and agreed their employees were responsible for the damage. I emailed them pictures and a video, It has been almost a month and a half, and is yet to be fixed. On top of that, I am the one to continually reach out to person I was dealing with to have it for updates. Mia was such a great director. She was open and available 24/7. She would even respond immediately. I loved her bright and humorous personality. It made everything light-hearted and comfortable.

Dealing with my Grandma's fall was very scary. Her memory loss was mild but enough to make us concerned. We found out our local Visiting Angels knew how to navigate her Long Term Care insurance, and we had help within 24 hours. It was amazing. The companionship has really helped her improve. I can't say enough about how much relief our family now feels knowing anything we need is a phone call away.
