Margaret from visiting angels is fantastic caregiver. She is a very caring and compassionate person who will be sadly missed. My problem with Visiting Angels and the reason for canceling was with the billing/payment's person. We were paying every 2 weeks on the day the invoice was received via email without delay. On April 1st, which is due on April 8th, I paid the invoice within hours of receipt. The following day, out of the blue, I saw they were paid again as they requested ach payment from my bank. Our experience with Visiting Angels has been excellent. Ekaterine has been an amazing caregiver for both my parents and especially to my mom through her Alzheimer’s incidents, her rehabilitation stays and lastly through her care with hospice. If we could give her 10 stars we would!! The same goes for Erica who was only with my parents for a few days but she too went above and beyond. Job very well done!!!
My mom’s Visiting Angels caretaker is Bessie and we absolutely love her. Bessie is personable, compassionate, and gentle; she also has a great sense of humor. Bessie anticipates my mom’s needs and makes her feel cared for in every way. I live quite a distance away from my mom and I speak to her every day, at least twice a day. She is always so excited on the days that Bessie will be coming to take care of her and she eagerly shares stories about Bessie’s visit after she leaves for the day.
