My mom’s Visiting Angels caretaker is Bessie and we absolutely love her. Bessie is personable, compassionate, and gentle; she also has a great sense of humor. Bessie anticipates my mom’s needs and makes her feel cared for in every way. I live quite a distance away from my mom and I speak to her every day, at least twice a day. This is a review for our current caregiver Bernadette. She takes amazing care of my mom who has dementia. She is caring, kind and a hard worker. She keeps my mom active and understands how to work with her memory issues. We are so happy to have her.
I thought I would never have to do this but I started working with this company in Nov 27th been with them about two week they mess up my paycheck which I didn’t understand how is that possible when I’m clocking in and clocking out the guy that handle putting the time in was saying that I didn’t work that day which I did but my client got rush to the hospital.. at the orientation they let u know when a client get sent to the hospital you will still get paid that full day but they was giving me a hard time to pay me kept duck... read more
