We have been with Visiting Angels for a month now. All of our experiences have been outstanding. We couldn't have wished for a better match for my wife than Chloe. She has been so good to her and for her. We highly recommend their services.
I have been a care giver for my husband who is in a wheelchair for 20 years. Naturally I was apprehensive about taking 2 weeks respite to visit family out of state. After about 2 days my husband stopped calling me to ask where the such-in-such stuff was kept because the Visiting Angel’s caregivers were so resourceful, experienced, kind, and great cooks! I absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for someone to take care of a loved one. We had a few good caregivers, Carol and Zoe were the best! Anita and Roxie were also great with Oma. Laurie, Jessie and Melissa were also great to work with when i needed to change my Oma's schedule. They were always there for us. If we didn't "Click" with someone or didn't like the service they were quick to find someone else for us until we were happy. Thank you for everything you all did for me and my Oma.
Every one of the caregivers was amazing.
I have had the misfortune of using Visiting Angles to care for my Mother-in-law, while I was traveling. At first the persons they sent out did a good job, but because of the last person they sent me, I will never use them again. By the way it has taken me a while to come to terms in writing this review. The last time I used their service my check book was stolen.
