Leigh Bennett-Director of Business Development is unprofessional and discourteous. They cancelled my Sunset Cruise 2.5 hours before the scheduled embarkment. I was on vacation from NYC and I could have reallocated that money towards another activity while on my VACATION. Now I have to wait weeks to receive my refund! I booked this activity 3 weeks in advance! This is ridiculous! Save your time, energy, and money! We went on the catamaran 2-hour tour in August 2025 with the whole family. The trip was relaxing, the boat driver was humorous, the tour guide gave us insights into the world of the rich and famous.
Wow! Just got back from the most incredible sunset cruise with Visit Palm Beach, and I'm still processing the amazing experience! From the moment we stepped aboard, the service was top-notch – genuinely friendly and attentive. Jennifer and the crew made everyone feel so welcome. And the sunset? Absolutely breathtaking! Painting the sky with vibrant colors as we cruised along the water was an unforgettable experience. This is a MUST-DO when you're visiting West Palm Beach. Seriously, don't miss out on this gem!
