LOVE LOVE LOVE the team at Visit Orlando! The have helped our business grow so much in just the few months that we have been with them...which reminds me that we have to renew :)
Tried buying tickets to Disney and Universal through them. It's been 7 weeks, multiple phone calls, and multiple emails, where they either don't respond or promise to issue them in a few days or the following week. Weeks later and still no tickets. I'm reporting them for the fraud and scam that they are.
To be an international tourist destination, you should fix a simple thing as renting a car. It took 3 hours just to rent a car at night. Dollar and Thrifty didn't have enough cars and staff to service the visitors.
