The product I ordered was as expected but I had a very disappointing customer service experience. I had asked for the product to be delivered by a specific date but it was shipped late but sent express post which doubled the cost of the item for no reason since my deadline had passed. I contacted customer service to see why the shipping charge was so high immediately afterward and have not received a response nearly a month later.
