Visionworld of Bedford Hills is wonderful store. Michael and Barbara are very knowledgeable and extremely customer-focused. They are very helpful as to recommending the best eyeglass frames for your needs. Then, they are terrific as to ensuring a proper fitting. After purchasing new glasses there, you will feel like you have "magic eyes"!

I have been using them for years. Have no complaints..they sell good quality eye wear and are reasonably priced. I recommend!
Unprofessional and rude. I hate writing negative reviews, but this is well earned. Even if I read past reviews, I still would have visited them. About 6 months ago I needed a replacement screw to secure a lens to the frame for a pair of high end sunglasses. They charged $15 and did the job. However, he screw kept coming back out. Twice I was able to find it and put it back. The third time I lost it, so I returned to them for help. I explained the situation. They told me I would be charged again.
