I was a walk in at a very busy time but the staff made me feel welcome and valued. My issues were handled efficiently and politely. The atmosphere is always very happy.

The eye doctor was very personable and very professional took lots of time with us never felt rushed and did a very thorough exam. I would highly recommend. Also the associates were very professional and afterwards spent lots of time picking out the right frames and explaining the bill and the insurance, I was very pleased and would highly recommend this place to others.
If you have issues of any kind with your eyes, I recommend that you see Dr Slack! I very much appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail and his ability to communicate his diagnosis and corrective action. I was very much relieved by his exam, the results and path forward. I honestly did not know that Eye Doctors like Dr Slack existed any more! Thank you! And a shout out to Mahogany who helped me, a very picky person, find the right frames for me! Thank you to you as well!
