Even though they were extra busy everyone was acknowledged and taken care of. I was able to have my exam, while Mom and I, both, ordered glasses. Alex was patient and very accommodating ensuring our orders were complete and follow-up appointments were scheduled. All was well taken care of. Dr. Slack was great to work with as he performed my exam.

The associates in the store were great. Treated me very well with a smile. Which in turn put a smile on my face.
They're rude and very unprofessional. I walked in for my appointment, I wasn't addressed until literally 5 minutes after walking in mind you both "opticians" looked up at me. Now I completely understand why their patients come to my manager and I for their glasses needs. I'm an Optician and I enjoy my job. Visionworks needs to do some reconsidering with their hires. Because the stories I hear on a daily from my patients are insane. But continue to be rude I'll continue to gladly fill any and all Rx that comes to my place of ... read more
