the woman that works there could not be no much ruder than when I went in because my glasses has broke and that's all I need to be able to see after the pharmacist tried the entire store they finally found me a pair as I put them on they f***** up I pulled my mask straight out not below my nose not below my mouth just to make sure I could see him and she came over and yelled at me and then said we can give you a mirror and you can go outside and look in it to see if they fit you well f*** her cuz she's a b****

Waited weeks for a appointment. Waited 2.5 weeks for my glasses to arrive . Picked them up and the woman said I could back anytime for a adjustment. I work long hours as a healthcare worker , so I had a day off and drove the half hour . The store had one customer, who left . The store was completely empty except for three staff. They wouldn’t help me , no appointment and none available. Two sat a desk, a third was wiping glasses. Completely empty store . How is any money being made ?

Repair recent glass frames when they break !! Husband went today and was told to make an appt ...earliest appt in a week, and all he needed was a pin replaced in the arm of right side. Employer was rude and told my husband to superglue the arm !! We have spent a couple of thousand dollars for glasses over the years !! will not recomment or go back ! he was willing to leave the glasses and come back when repaired.

The staff was all very helpful and cooperative helped me pick out the right glasses for myself was very pleasant would send me a text when my glasses arrive in less than two weeks everyone was very helpful with totally go back there again and would totally recommend

I arrived 10 minutes before closing to pick up my new glasses, and they were already closed. If your not going to stay open until your listing says you're open until, change the hours. Also, when I got there, an employee could clearly see me at the door. Basically just shooing me away because they had decided they were done for the day.
