Purchased ai meta glasses about 4 months ago, 2 months in they malfunctioned, got them warrantied out. (That was a complicated process) not visionworks fault at all. Ray-ban made it extremely difficult. Tommy (manager) at prasada visionworks jumped through hoops for me to help me get the new frames. Basically he had to hold my hand and walk me through the steps. He even recut my lenses to fit in my new frames. Extremely helpful. Every employee I dealt with in the 2 months it took to get them completely replaced, was very nic... read more
The Associates at this location that I worked with, Tommy and Debbie were both amazing! I saved so much money compared to other places I had visited.
