Customer service with a smile. Explained exams. Speedy check in. No wait to see optometrist. Optometrist answered my questions and concerns.
Waste of time.
This is the worst eye place I have ever been too. It has been nothing but a hassle from trying to get an appointment To letting them know when I scheduled the appointment that I would be 5 minutes late coming far from work and then driving all the way here to have the Dr already on lunch I was 4 minutes late. Not to mention when my husband came in the glasses were over $500 I will never be back to vision works. I would rather pay to be out of network then to deal with this.
