Great customer service and Dr.very formative
Great place. Great service. They take insurance and give full refunds if needed.
My wife and I love our new glasses. They had plenty of appointments available and easy online scheduling. The staff were all friendly and prices were great. The glasses also came fast.
They were professional and friendly.
I called in to get a copy of my prescription and the lady on the phone said she’d have it ready for me. I get there at 6pm, no one in the store and front desk lady has no idea what I’m talking about. Incredibly rude and unhelpful, even on a phone call the entire time. I drive over to San Tan. Lady in the store has 3 customers, all needing her help and she still took the time out to print my prescription and gave great customer service. Really goes to show location matters. Won’t be back here.
