Monet was who helped me and she was so amazing from the minute I walked in. I had been there before but unlike the others she immediately greeted me, helped me look for different frame options, listened to what I needed, never rushed me and helped get me the frames and lenses I needed. Shes amazing! I will be back just for her. She made me feel seen and heard . Thank you.
The staff was warm and pleasant very friendly and Doctor was very clear and understanding on taking care of my needs. The facility was very clean....
Ms Lynn and her associate are amazing. They listened and helped their customers get what they needed and didn't try to over sell them on things they didn't need. And they were very attentive to all customers even while they were helping someone else. I really appreciated that.
