I was in town to visit family and had an opportunity to browse the store. The selection is beyond compare and the staff are excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend getting frames from here. I plan to make the trip from Victoria again the next time I need frames. Worth the drive.
The whole team is absolutely amazing and go up and beyond to be so helpful. The attention to detail and explaining everything is top notch. I have never been so happy with purchasing a pair of glasses. Thank you all for making my experience so pleasant, especially Linda. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
My husband and I went in to browse new frames today for both of us. All the frames are much too flamboyant for the average individual and no variety, you get harassed until you accept assistance, and then belittled and condescended by ignorant staff who know absolutely nothing about lens terminology & information. My husband and I had a good experience. Staff were friendly and the Doctor we saw was professional and offered good advice.
Cheryl is part angel! I'll spare the details but I went in very worried and Cheryl was incredibly helpful & reassuring. Dr. Drew was very kind as well. I thank both of you so much for helping when nobody else would! I highly recommend both of you 😊
