My husband had an excellent experience here, getting his first pair of glasses. I recently broke my favourite pair of sunglasses, when one of the little screws came loose, and I emailed them to see if they could help me. They messaged me back immediately, and repaired the arm the same day, within minutes, free of charge! What a great business!!
Such friendly and helpful staff, they took the time to fix my wife's glasses that had lost a tiny screw.She had gotten the pair of sunglasses on our honeymoon and they were so kind as to fix it for free, you saved such a special pair of sunglasses, thank you sooo much you are truly wonderful! My wife will be soo happy. Life savers!

This was an excellent experience right from the start. The staff is very friendly, helpful and genuinely takes an interest in you. Dr. Bittman was very thorough and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend VisionWorks to anyone needing eye care. 5 stars all around!
