I have been to Visionworks in Plymouth three times over the past 1-1/2 years. Each time I have been greeted upon arrival and met with an optometrist or repair person within a few minutes. My concerns/issues have been addressed and rectified immediately. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received. Well done, Visionworks!

Eye Dr was great. Associates in store had me in and out quickly. One they have your information, they do not need to measure eyes for glasses. Just had to pick my frames and done. Fast and easy.
Evaluate your Staff I was due for new glasses, so decided to try visionworks. Because of the strength, the glasses took some time to come in. When they arrived, I tried to wear them but became very dizzy and could only see very far away. I couldn’t walk in them due to the distortion. The glasses were unwearable. I called the store and spoke to Dave. Dave told me that I chose ‘distance’ during the ordering process and that I should have explained what I wanted.
