One of the more gendered purchasing experiences I’ve had in recent memory. I went in this location a few weeks ago after getting an eye exam. The glasses are all categorized by gender and every glass that I wanted was female, I am male. What exactly is going on with a pair of eyes between people that makes a pair of glasses work on a men’s pair of eyes that wouldn’t work on a woman’s? I commented on this to the staff and they seemed indifferent and blamed it on corporate.
This is my second time visiting this location. It's a bit of a drive for me and there are options closer but for me it's well worth the drive to visit this location. Everyone is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I never felt pressured to purchase glasses from them. The exam is quick and thorough.
Appointments are conveniently available, Dr and assistants are professional, and the customer service is exceptional. Lots of frames to select from, they accept insurances and have great deals!
Dr. Ziad was 10/10. Super efficient, thorough and attentive to a minor issue I was having in the midst of a regular fitting exam. She took the time. Booked my appointment online same day, super easy. Although a bitttt spendy, non-dilated eye exams are IT. Didn't catch names but wanted to extend thanks to the front desk folks 4/21 AM shift.
