Got told the day of that they don't accept my insurance even though I scheduled my appointment a week ahead of time with all my information.
Good intake and exam but felt pressure to purchase glasses at the end of visit. Staff yelled out to me loudly in front of the store as I was walking out,, ‘will you be buying glasses?’ I’m taking my prescription and purchasing elsewhere.
