First they told me they didn't take my insurance, so I had to get my insurance company to call them. The manager worked with me to make sure it went through. I used a pair of old frames. When I got them back, they had the wrong prescription. It took a really long time waiting for them the second time around. Then one day I got a call that they lost them! The manager let me pick out a cheap pair of frames in the store and I got them back later that week. They don't seem quite right, but I am not going back there EVER AGAIN.
The staff and doctor are just great and I felt like all my needs were heard. Thank you! Big shoutout to Tim for being so great and helpful with me getting setup for my new lens/ frames. :)
The optometrist there seemed very inexperienced in dealing with prisms and glasses. I even went to order glasses and they screwed up The payment processing when it came to me buying the glasses and I told him that I needed to use my FSA funds immediately because the funds were going to expire and ended up screwing it up and I lost my FSA money. Very poor service very inexperienced unprofessional service.
