Tom was excellent in helping with my needs and finding which glasses/frames was best for me in replacing what I currently had. Highly recommend location for your eyeglass needs!!!
I came in for an eye exam, which went great, and decided to get my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Tom was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right pair — super knowledgeable and easy to work with. The next day, I noticed my regular lenses had crazed. I came back in, and Tom immediately asked if everything was okay. Once I explained the issue, he jumped into action and arranged to have them sent in for repair at no cost to me. I was pleased with this office for the first time I went in February. They were a bit confused on some things with my prescription but figured things out eventually. I was told by the employees in this office that I was eligible for glasses and contacts for the year. I told them I didn’t need contacts at the time and asked if I could get them later in the year. Location is terrible. They have 5:20 appointments but don’t ever expect to get there. Traffic is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE around this center and they are unwilling to work with you if you are running late. I called 20 minutes prior to my appointment to notify them “it looks like theres a lot of traffic on my way and im running about 10 minutes late” and they said “we will still take you” when I get there, the dr has already left.
