Great service and friendly people. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and go the extra mile to help.
I was loving my new glasses—clear vision, stylish frames, life was good. Then, about a month later, chaos struck. In the middle of the night, a raccoon decided to break into our house through the dog door like it was starring in a wildlife heist movie. It trashed the place like a tiny, furry rock star... and the only casualty? My poor glasses. I regret going to this place. They not only gave me the wrong frames I ordered ray bands for which I paid $200. They gave me some cheep counterfeit they were supposed to have bifocal I can’t not wear them.☹️
The staff and doctor are amazing at what they do couldn’t be happier with how my exam and shopping experience went ! 10/10 !!!!
The team and Doctor were very attentive. It was my first time at Vision Works and I will keep going here they were incredable.
