Great customer service, prompt and professional
Jacob welcomed me to Visionworks and explained every process throughly before we started, I made my selection of glasses and he was able to apply his discount to my final cost which was better than my insurance discount, which I definitely appreciated. Dr. Tran was courteous and polite throughout my examination and explained that my eyesight had changed in 2 years, especially with medication changes. Jacob was a huge help in getting my husband some regular glasses and sunglasses! We were very indecisive, but he was extremely patient and helpful! He has great customer service.
Jacob was awesome and so patient. He didn't rush me even though I was having problems with my insurance and the line of customers was getting long. He resolved my issue and saved me money. Thank you so much!
This was my frist time going to vision works and omg the workers are amazing they take there and willing to help and explain everything the place is so inviting and clean .the eye doctor Dr. JODY N. Tran is great hive five to all of the workers there . Ill say they are 100 percent amazing
