I came to fix my frame because one of the nose guards broke off, should be an easy fix. I took it in and waited awhile and when I got them back they told me they are not professionals and I had a deep scratch in my lens from the screwdriver I’m assuming. I wish they were honest about their capabilities earlier and I would’ve taken my glasses to a repair shop, which would’ve been a lot cheaper than now needing new glasses. Go to shopko optical they have much better service and can actually fix your glasses

Awesome help in a timely manner! They helped me understand my prescription and measurements and were more than patient with me. Highly recommended and I will be continuing to return for all my glasses needs!
They did an all over amazing job. Everyone was so sweet nice and helpful during the whole experience. I felt heard and comfortable during my visit. Definitely recommend anyone better than any other way place.
