I had my first appointment with Visionworks on Madison Avenue in Citrus Heights, CA. Im 60 now and have needed glasses since turning 40. Sucks. So, 20 years of appointments at a variety of optometry shops. Some good, some, ok, some just lousy. But, this year's trip was awesome. I received truly individual care. I loved how friendly all of the staff were upon arrival. Everyone had such great energy and I enjoyed talking to everyone that helped me. My eye doctor was so informative and took his time to make sure I understood everything with clarity and care. I was even offered great options to take home before making my decision. Marcus was so amazing, I really appreciate his attentiveness to assist throughout the entire process and being super helpful. It was such a fun experience!
