We had such a positive experience at Visionworks! My husband needed new glasses, but it is hard to find time with our schedules. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff greeted us warmly. The store was so clean and well organized. The technician, Ameerah was so very patient, helpful and kind! She explained everything thoroughly and did not rush us. Excellent customer service!! We will definitely use this business again and highly recommend this location!
Customer service is the opposite of the DMV. Fanatastic, Caring, understanding, patient, and everything a customer could ask for. Thank you Antoinette James for being helpful (give her a raise)
This location is one of the best stores I've been to. Polite, prompt, efficient, friendly but not hurried. They actually do all the things needed for your exam and fitting, not just the basics. Very nice experience.
