This location is a good location but i had an unpleasant and humiliating experience today with Ameerah! She was so nasty and rude to me and unwilling to go any extra mile to assist with the little insurance issue I had. She even threatened to cancel my appointment if I couldn’t figure out my issue after 10mins of my appointment! I can not say enough about ARIANNA, ARIANNA, ARIANNA! She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and went the extra mile when I had an insurance issue and she fixed it without hesitation by going above and beyond to call them personally for me. She also made me aware of other benefits that my insurance offered that I shouldn't leave on the table, which I took advantage of. Again, I stress her patience as I came in with THREE TEENAGERS, all of which got glasses/contacts. I highly recommend that you ask for ARIANNA!
