As if this place needs another 5-star review, LOL! But it would be a disservice to Mike and the team here not to leave one. I’ve been to many optometrists all over the world - Asia, Europe, Australia - and this has been, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had at any optometrist. EVER. Everything from the customer service to the education (yes, really) I received was above and beyond. Got an eye exam and a prescription here. The doctor and his staff were extremely helpful and kind. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. Steven assisted me with the payment processing and the initial exams.
My glasses broke one of its leg and the staff, in particular the manager Mike, was really amazing with customer service. He gratuitously provided a replacement with a warranty policy.
Walked in and was greeted with warm greetings! Racha helped clean my glasses and set me up with a new case! Great customer service here
