Today was my first time visiting Visionworks, and I had a great experience. The place was very clean, and as soon as I walked in, a staff member greeted me, asked if I had an appointment, and brought me straight to the room for my eye test with no waiting at all. After the test, the doctor came in right away, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were.
