Jenae was SO HELPFUL!!! We called and our warranty was expired but we couldn’t afford the new pair. She worked with us and explained that we were eligible for a discount for a replacement pair and that they could try and pop our old lenses that were not damaged into a pair of frames at the store so that we could save money. We are in a very tight position financially and having her treat us with the same care and respect as any other person would be treated and not looking down upon us for our situation.
