Associates are nice and helpful. They answer all my concerns. There is a variety of glasses for any price point. Between the doctor and associates at the front desk, I had a very pleasant and funny appointment. I go back to this location for the employee interactions.
Be cautioned as their ordering system has processing issues and will take your payment but not process the order on their end and then may take days for the refund to appear back on your account to which then the order will need to be reprocessed and your glasses/contacts orders will be delayed! If they attempt to process the order multiple times, all those funds will be pending until released by the bank. Not the best business practice. Fix the system as this appears to be a known issue amongst multiple staff members.
I stopped going to my last Optometrist because it was just too far to drive. So I searched my insurance portal to find a closer location. Visionworks Doctors of Optometry came up and it was much closer. I went on their website and it was super easy to schedule and appointment. Highly recommend this location! My wife and I worked with Sarah, the manager and it was quick and easy. She was patient and really explained things so we could make the right choices. The entire team and the Dr were great!
