I had an appointment scheduled for 10:40am. When I showed up, the office was completely closed. Lights off, door locked. You need to communicate better with your patients if you're going to be closed unexpectedly. I had to walk through mountains of snow just to get there and it was for nothing.
Very unusual and obnoxious behavior from the employess here. My advice is it's a good idea to go to a different location.
Staff is always so nice and helpful
What they say "we promise you will have your glasses in 7 - 14 days" What they mean: (16 days later) "They are still being made and should be sent out soon then then it will be 5 - 7 more days" No notification, warning, apology nothing - they are the worst! 0 stars if I could.
