Highly recommend this location from booking the appointment online to the actual visit!! A wonderful smile from the front desk concierge both Cassandra, her office manager and location technician were professional and helpful in their efforts to make sure all patients and families were treated appropriately and with respect. I lost my glasses of all places in my house I had just gotten them recently at Visionworks and I called them and the young woman on the phone could not have been nicer looked up my history saw that my prescription is up-to-date and very recent and helps me put through an emergency order. I highly recommend visiting with the staff at the Bayonne vision Works they really do care
Well, upon entry of Vision Works I met with Mr. Mike who was very professional and eager to help fix / replace my disastrous broken glasses. Mr. Mike found the matching frame that I purchased from Vision Works a year ago and replace my broken glasses with the same demo frames. My glasses were bought into Mike and Vision Works like a puzzle and Mike masterfully put the puzzle together thank you. Andrea B.
Today’s date is June 30, 2025….. I just finished my appointment and I must say Dr. Coiro and her staff are the best in the business ….from the moment you walk in they’re very helpful. They pay attention to detail. They ask and answer questions like true professionals. The place is always spotless and clean. They’re very accommodating and user-friendly so to speak… and for the most part, they’re reasonably priced and always try to work with your insurance THANK YOU!! 🫵🫶
