The staff greeted me with professionalism and handled everything seamlessly. I absolutely love Dr. E—she explains everything clearly and directly, which I truly appreciate. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 9 years old, so I’ve seen my fair share of optometrists over the years. It’s easy for me to recognize a great one, and Dr. E is exactly that. She corrected my lenses two years ago, and I’ve been a fan ever since!
Great service, very patient and helpful people
In my experience here for the first time I noticed they use state of the art technology for the exam and measurements. The exam was thorough and Elle helped me find a great frame for both glasses I ordered. I highly recommend this company and location in Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel.!!!!!
Hi I just went to Visionworks Laguna Niguel and I am so impressed with their service. I loved too many frames but Ami really helped me narrow them down. She was very knowledgeable about what suited my face. I went back and ordered my preferred frames with Max. I usually hate eyeglasses shopping and have worn distance glasses for 30+ years. I have to say that this was one of my best experiences. No pressure; a fabulous selection and an efficient, speedy and trustworthy staff. Their products and prices are great.
