I had to go in today for an urgent vision appointment, and Tali + Noah did an excellent job helping me look up my insurance, fill out visit forms, and get through initial tests etc. Dr. Alzeir was very knowledgeable and clear about recommendations + next steps! Thank you all for taking care of me on such a scary day, I really appreciated your professionalism & care! We'll be back for hopefully less urgent vision testing and glasses updates in the future!
I was able to easily make an appointment that fit in my schedule. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The doctor was thorough without drawing out the appointment, and there was no pressure to purchase anything I didn’t want or need. The visit was quick and efficient and took no more than about 40 minutes from the time I walked in the door 10 minutes early. An option I really appreciated is that if I had ordered eyeglasses, they could have been shipped to my home store back on the east coast at no additional charge. This is... read more
