Visionworks in Lynnwood is great. The front desk staff is super friendly, funny and helpful, Dr. Alzeir is very patient and thorough, and the office has a really cool, relaxed atmosphere. It makes going there way more pleasant than a typical appointment.
The entire process was a wonderful surprise. Quick, friendly and very informative and helpful in deciding the best glasses for YOU !...Dr. Karin Ma could not have been better. Prepare to be amazed. Do yourself a favor and go there.
Right from entering the building all the way to leaving, these people are amazing. They master customer service skills and they know the work very well. They explain things in a very clear and simple way. They helped me take the best benefit out of my visit. The doctor is one of a kind. He is polite, knowledgeable, and informative to say the list. I am impressed with team work they exercise and perfection of work they perform. Thank you so much and I am extremely grateful for your service.
I have been going to them for years now. They have good collection for women. The staff is very friendly especially Tali, he repaired my glasses for free and made them as good as new 🥰🥰
I was immediately greeted and helped after he finished with his customer. Vadim Sayapin helped me with a screw coming out of my glasses. Very helpful!
