During my visit I witnessed three customers going into the eye exam room without the examiner wiping down and disinfecting any of the machines in the room. I complained to one of the employees in the front of the store and she did nothing I also complain to the eye doctor on duty and he didn’t do anything. I feel during this pandemic we are all facing that sanitizing your equipment should be your main priority

Had a 9 and 9:15 appointment which I took time off of work for. Showed up and the manager that was supposed to open the store got delayed on a trip and just landed at the airport at 9:30. No one had a key and I was told I could just call and reschedule. Total lack of customer service and disrespect to the customers, other employees and the doctor. A week later, and no one has reached out to me. This after receiving a text a day for a week reminding me of my appointment.
Recommended5 stars! I went there tonight after losing my glasses and in desperate need of new ones. The customer service I received was PHENOMENAL!!!! Katie was extremely profession, yet down to earth and did her best to get us the best prices which she did an excellent job at and worked really hard doing so. I would absolutely recommend this location and even made an appointment for my husband for next week!
I had to get my glasses adjusted and Jessie took the time to help me out. She worked with them until they were no longer crooked which was a huge help since I didn't get the glasses at that location. The place is so much nicer than the Roxbury location and the people and much more helpful. If you need any eyewear help definitely go the Rockaway Visionworks!
I do recommend Visionwork.. They are friendly and extremely helpful. They helped my father step by step and answered all of questions and put his mind at ease.. Thank You so much...
Go to the Visionworks in Rockaway, they are very knowledgeable and super nice! You will not regret it at all!
