This location is ran very well! Upper leadership needs to praise the manager of this location. The wait was minimal. This team was efficient, courteous, and conscientious — they were concise in explaining eye benefits, out of pocket costs, and glasses they offered along with additional products such as the transitions. More importantly, this was the first visionworks I visited with a provider on site. The southern Maryland locations always had video visits, so this was a nice surprise.
