Sure, every time or every year when is time to replace my prescription glasses the staff members they always offer an excellent service, especially ms. Bre is always very willing to help and has an outstanding customer service and always run the extra mile to make sure of customer satisfaction is done and that’s so important to me

Still waiting on my glasses after the “promised date.” I called and was told they had already shipped and would arrive “tomorrow,” which is already late. When I called again the next day, I was told they were only being shipped that day and would take longer. i.e, someone lied. I paid for this order and expect you to meet your end or at least honest communication.
