I recently visited this VisionWorks location for a routine eye exam covered by my Spectera insurance. I clearly told the staff that I was only there for the eye exam and was not planning to purchase glasses. I was told the exam would be fully covered. To my surprise, after the exam, I was asked to pay $20.
