This location is ran very well! Upper leadership needs to praise the manager of this location. The wait was minimal. This team was efficient, courteous, and conscientious — they were concise in explaining eye benefits, out of pocket costs, and glasses they offered along with additional products such as the transitions. More importantly, this was the first visionworks I visited with a provider on site. The southern Maryland locations always had video visits, so this was a nice surprise. Great deal on 2 frames. Professional and helpful. However, the lenses are off. I went back to have them adjusted but they are still off and I don't want to do it again. In all fairness, I've never had this before and have used Visionworks for years. So I don't know if it's because my new prescription is more difficult to create or what.
Clean place. Everyone was helpful.
It was an easy appointment, clean office, friendly and efficient staff.
I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived and waited over 30 minutes while i had an appointment which I understand can happen sometimes, but when I politely asked how much longer the wait would be, the doctor responded in a rude and dismissive way, saying “people have to wait.” After that, he completely stopped communicating with me and continued talking to another patient who had arrived after me.
