The experience was very good. I had a total satisfaction. They show interest, they answer to your needs friendly and they take time for each customer.
I like the doctor I’ve worked with but through a series of errors by the practice I’ve come in 3 times over the past 2 months and still have not been able to simply get my prescription. They’ve asked me to come back for a 4th time tomorrow but unfortunately at this point I think I am going to need to just find a new optometrist.
I’ve been coming to this baileys location for years now and Dr. Ahmad is really great. All staff are great and professional, but very comfortable and accommodating. This is the place to go for glasses and contacts.
I have been a customer at the Falls Church location for a year and have received great service each time. Great staff including the doctor. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Good location with plenty of parking availability. Whether busy or not, I have always left the store feeling that any concerns I had were properly and professionally addressed with great suggestions/recommendations. I highly recommend.
