I ordered contacts april 8th they were supposed to be here over a week ago.....UPS returned them back to this place.....they wont refund my money until they get em back... and it will take 3 weeks to get my money after that.........tell me how this makes sense? I've been out of contacts for over a month, now will be 2 months before I can get more! Terrible customer service, she kept saying it's not my fault and blaming UPS. If UPS said they were returning to the store why not overnight a new supply, or refund my money or eve... read more
RecommendedFamily of 5 all came in for glasses and contacts, zero wait time, friendly helpful staff, Eye Dr was great and patient with our new contact wearer!! Picked out glasses and received exams all within an hour and a half!! Love this office!!!! Need one in Kokomo Indiana but worth the drive for sure!!!!

I had a Wonderful experience today with the whole staff at Vision Works. They were so patient with me while I tried on about 100 pairs I glasses. I would recommend them 💯%.

I have had great service every time we’ve been in! I’m also always able to get questions answered quickly and between visits. Insurance and scheduling is convenient and hassle free. This is the only optometrist where I haven’t had hidden fees and costs as well! Highly recommend as they’re phenomenal when it comes to working with my son who has special needs.
We stopped in while we were out of town to see if they could repair my sons glasses. The entire staff was so welcoming and took the time to fix the glasses and make sure they fit him well free of charge, even though we didn't purchase from there! Great customer service!
