Super unreliable. I had an initial appointment that had to be rescheduled due to a doctor not coming in that day. So I rescheduled for an appointment a week later and guess what? Same thing! "No doctor is coming in... We can reschedule you." Never dealt with such an unstable practice. You're better off going with an establishment that has a doctor that doesn't flake out before every appointment!
