I called my local store (West Windsor NJ) to confirm the next available appointment for an eye exam was in three and a half weeks (Saturday 8/22). I have been listening to your menu selection message for 28 minutes (see attached photo) and hung up at 6pm when the store closes. Not what I would call excellent customer service. First time trying your company and very disappointed.

I went today for the first time to Visionworks in Princeton. Loved the eye doctor and Silmary helped me with insurance and glasses....she was amazing! She was patience and kind and nice enough to wait while I FaceTimed my daughter to see if the frames were a good fit for me. I am so glad I switched from my last place. Highly recommend!
Went for an eye exam and but new glasses. Dr Patel was very kind and patient! She was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Silmary helped me out with choosing the frames I liked. She was patient and pleasant throughout the process of helping me out by asking questions to better recommend frames I would like. They had a nice selection of different frames to choose from. Overall would recommend this location for your vision needs!
Great service. I went in for my exam on Friday got a call Saturday my glasses were already ready. Very friendly staff
