My glasses we not right. Instead of helping me remedy the problem I was told to go home and wear them a couple weeks. The problem was the bifocal was incorrectly set. I returned the glasses. Over 2 weeks later my insurance had not been credited. I had to go in the store again. Supposedly one quick phone call took care of the matter. My advice would be to find an optometrist who cares about their patients.
