I had a wonderful experience at Vision Works in Fishers this morning. My Dr. was knowledgeable and friendly. The staff was super kind and helpful as I picked my new frames. I would definitely recommend this location.
Love this location! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. I got my astigmatism corrected and I’m seeing better than I have my whole life! I was told my glasses would be in after two weeks and it only took a couple of days! 10/10 recommend!

With the start of the new year, I decided it was time for some new glasses. Thankfully, VWDoO in Fishers (near Target) had a spot open for an eye exam. It was a very enjoyable experience, really from start to finish. The only issue was that though I'd made a reservation online and done the paperwork, that was not showing up in the system. But the staff took care of it, and me, and now I'm looking forward to picking up my new glasses once they come in!
No use of military discount and charged me 600 dollars
I never received contacts. They charged my insurance, they charged me, and now they are saying they cannot refund either of us. They change Dr's and managers weekly and I would speak to a new person every time! They would say they would call me back and weeks would go by. I'll never stop foot in there again. So unprofessional. Employees fighting right in front of clients. Save yourself the hassle.
I needed a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. I felt at home the minute I walked in there. Teresa was a wonderful help to me. Professional, friendly, kind and helpful in picking out my frames and making suggestions to consider when buying glasses. I haven't gotten my glasses yet, but am quite sure they both will be perfect for me. And if they are not, there is a 30-day grace period, no questions asked, so they can make it right.
