I took my foster kiddos to get glasses as theirs were not sent with them and the kids were really struggling. The ladies out front were AMAZING!! So kind and helpful. My kids had been with me for 1 night so we were still getting to know each other and working on boundaries. They spilt some drink in the lobby and then touched a piece of equipment that they should not have, and then the Dr. was on edge from that point on. My insurance didn’t have my previous place as an option so I chose this place. Horrible service, wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in and was ignored as I patiently waited for someone to be free. When I was trying to quickly finish up my appointment and go to work, the worker in front of me decided to stop working to gossip with another worker. I wasn’t pleased with that appointment at all.
