Worst customer service, came in at 9:20 for a 9:45am appointment and had to sit till 11:00am to see the doctor. Then when I got out they told me they were waiting for my insurance so I browsed the glasses, by 11:30 no one had approached me and I was done picking my frames so I checked with one of the staff and they told me they were on hold with my insurance and couldn't tell me when it would get through.
