I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The receptionists were extremely welcoming, Dr. Jones was very informative and patient, and the store vibe is VIBING!!! Thank you ALL!

Great experience! Doctor very informative and Kim did a great job with showing me how to put contacts in!! Definitely recommend this location!
I order a two pair of glasses tge first week of January. The first pair came back within a week but the second pair hasn't been found and it's January 28th. The agents i talk to have no idea when my glasses will arrive and I detect a little hostility in their voices when I talk to the on the phone. I asked for a manager but one is never available.
