The doctor is always great. the rest of the staff gets progressively worse and more rude every year. They never explain anything, horrible attitude, bored, order food while helping customers, argue with you. Done with this location.

Great place I walked in and didn’t have my prescription. I had my new glass in 1 1/2 hours. Great staff very courteous. A huge selection and priced right frames to choose from.
Visionworks at Nashville west, was great. Quality and prices are a great value. Mandy was so helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She made it a really good experience. I recommend to all my family and friends!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a doctor's office. It starts with a lack of clarity over the price of the exam. A suggestion, when a customer asks the price of a contact exam and a contact fitting is going to be required in addition to a basic exam, tell the customer the price of that as well so they aren't left with the feeling of "hidden fees". These guys are great! I had an injury to my eye and couldn't wear contacts, but needed new glasses. And I was leaving for vacation in a couple days! This team went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I'll definitely be back.
