my appointment was at 5:15 and I wasn't seen until 6:03. I feel if you show up on time out of respect for their time that they should show the same courtesy. My time is just as valuable.
This place literally messed up my whole prescription and won’t refund my insurance. They tried to take my glasses (i can’t see without glasses) to fix them or told me i need to return them and wait 3 weeks for them to refund my insurance so i can go somewhere else. They won’t take fault. I would never ever go back to this place.
I had a great experience. The exam was quick and stress free, and I love my new glasses!
This place is a joke! Got glasses there & cant see out of them! Took them back two times & still not working for me. They would not even bother to call my insurance to see if they would ok what I needed!!!! Don’t go to this place!!
