Staff is very helpful and professional. I recently changed the Rx for my glasses and wanted to get new frames too. I looked at a few frames and actually went with the choice of the associate. I am very happy with my new glasses and thanked them when I picked up.
Worst experience ever. My glasses were wrong multiple times. Never got an apology and was treated like it was my issue not theirs. When they said that they could reinstate my vision benefits they never said that it wouldn’t include my eye exam so unless I pay for the exam myself I will not be able to get glasses for a year. Oh they also took 3 tries to get my husbands glasses right. Corporate was no help either.
I love this place! I’ve been coming here for years & the staff has been nothing but helpful & friendly! Don’t be fooled by the small storefront, there’s a huge selection of glasses for both men & women. Katie is the best!
Amazing staff and very helpful when getting the most out of your insurance plan! I highly recommend!
