I had been having problems with my new glasses and have used visionworks only. The customer service when Joe was there was exceptional! I had to go back for my glasses because they kept having issues. There was a different Manager at the time and she was very hesitant to correct my issue saying the screws were stripped or they put the screws in this line of glasses in the wrong area. The service I received at the Visionworks Mt. Laurel location was great! I was pleasantly surprised at the fast and quick service! The doctor and the entire staff made me feel welcomed. Hope made sure she explained all my benefits and helped me decide on my frames. I will definitely recommend!
