We picked Visionworks for the Buy one Get one Free frames. However, this offer is not valid with insurance. Now where in the advertisements does it state this. Next issue is that my partner and I were charged an extra $18.00 for part of the exam that was not covered under our insurance. We were not notified, nor did we sign anything that stated we would be charge this fee. My partner already had contacts and brought in lenses for both eyes. Her prescription changed.
