Amazing service and friendly staff
The technicians/assistants, front desk and doctor were all great and it was a wonderful atmosphere.
I was greeted professionally on the phone by Diana. She was able to schedule me for same day appointment. She was very nice and accommodating. There was an easy flow from beginning to end. Audrey at the desk was very pleasant. Dr. Hong was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. She took her time in explaining the entire process before examining my eyes, as well as taking her time in explaining the results of my examination. Chris is very kind and knowledgeable. I enjoy going to get my glasses my favorite eye glass place by far .
It was a first and last time for me. I picked up some glasses here and had an eye exam eye exam went well. But the glasses were pretty pricey. I got scratch proof lenses with all the options. About $400 worth of add-ons for these lenses I wore them two times and cleaned them with a microfiber and the microfiber cloth scratched them beyond repair.
