It was a first and last time for me. I picked up some glasses here and had an eye exam eye exam went well. But the glasses were pretty pricey. I got scratch proof lenses with all the options. About $400 worth of add-ons for these lenses I wore them two times and cleaned them with a microfiber and the microfiber cloth scratched them beyond repair. By choosing Visioncare as our eye glasses provider was a choice that ended in extreme disappointment. The transactions were marred with lack of clarity, understanding and questionable professionalism. Their corporate office however, was more accurate in dealing with our negative situations, which depicts a brighter future for the company.
