Front desk lady always has a nasty attitude and acts like she doesn’t get paid to do her job, might be a smart idea to find something else to do for a living and actually enjoy. Called in for my lens prescriptions and immediately gets bummed out and complains about why she has to assist me with sending over the prescriptions again. It’s like speaking with a 10 year old. 0/10 service..
Visionworks took great care of me. I was having an issue with my glasses, for some reason the glasses did not agree with me. The crew at Visionworks did not stop until I was 100% satisfied. It really was a teamwork make the dream work experience. Thanks to all the wonderful people who work for Visionworks in Royal Palm Beach and Christin you are the man, Keep up the good work for the customers. Thank you all for being patient with me.

They are a bunch of liars they told me 2 weeks then they find out they don't have my frames in the first week they don't tell nobody 3 weeks later still no glasses
