They are a bunch of liars they told me 2 weeks then they find out they don't have my frames in the first week they don't tell nobody 3 weeks later still no glasses
Great experience at this store. Very conveniently located. Exam with Dr. Hong was great. She is very pleasant, professional, and takes the time to make sure you have the best option to fit your correction. At the store Diana and Liz will make sure you get exactly what you need, and you get all your insurance benefits and store discounts. They are as well, very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I am so glad I found an eye store with such an efficient and wonderful staff.
Manager, Audrey, and all of the other staff I worked with have been excellent. They were patient, so helpful, and pleasant (even when dealing with a customer that was so put high maintenance and indecisive when choosing frames). When my doctor decided to change my prescription, after I got my new glasses, vision Works was so cooperative and easy-going about making new lenses.
