I purchased a pair of glasses using my VSP insurance. After I recieved them I had a redo done because I chose the wrong frames and the prescription seemed off. Luckily they have a 100 -day guarantee. Simone helped me with the redo pair and she was very helpful. I recieved the redo pair and the prescription seems better. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is because the frames and lenses seem a bit overpriced. Also, I did not like the frame selection. Overall, not a bad place to get eyeglasses but it could be better.
I was skeptical after years of going to mostly boutique optic shops but for generic and readily available frames this place knocked it out of the park. The process was seamless from eye exam appointment to the purchase and arrival of my glasses. I went in on a thursday and had my glasses monday (unheard of speed). Staff was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 will absolutely be using them for my annual exam, etc.
Had an appointment today for 4:30. They messed up the day and time and where over booked and want we me to reschedule. Terrible customer service. Then say it was not there fault yes it was.
Took my sunglasses in for repair today, and was attended by Loretta. She assessed where they had broken and quickly repaired them for me in a few mins ! They are good as new! The store was clean and was politely greeted by all. Very happy I have my sunglasses repaired. Thank you Loretta !
