I took my 86yr old mom & my 91yr old Aunt to their 1st eye appointments, and was very pleased, and impressed with the entire staff. They were all friendly & helpful. Dr. Shaw & Dr. Patel were nice, knowledgeable, accommodating, and answered all our questions. I would also like to say Elizabeth at the front desk was so kind, patient, and Always helpful. I would definitely recommend Vision Works at Chimney Rock in Bridgewater.

I came with my kids' eye exams which was little complicated due to the condition, overall I’m happy with the final results that Dr. Jialin Su provided after multiple iterations. The doctor provided helpful recommendations, though it felt like he was running low on patience -- understandable as it was getting little over the practice hours and I wanted to ensure we get the right prescription before we leave the clinic. My Mom broke her glasses. Elizabeth was able to make the repair. She did it quickly and almost effortlessly. Made it look easy. Elizabeth was also mentoring a new employee during this time. I’m going to get his name wrong (apologies), Jabhan. She was very thorough in showing him what she was doing every step of the way. A future VisionWorks customer service star.
