Traumatized and chased to my car. I visited this location yesterday. Completed my eye exam appointment and was in search of a new pair of glasses. I was instructed to walk around a look at options, with no other details. Let me preface this next statement by saying i respect the mask rules and followed them throughout my whole appointment. DON'T GO TO VISION WORKS!!!! I should have read the reviews before going to this place in CO. Reading the reviews, I learned I wasn't the only one who had a horrible experience with customer service. The GM Jesse, is the worst and the most horrible person at this place. He screwed up my appointment and tells me that it was a miscommunication on my end. Had my glass prescription since 2/17/2020. Paid in full but no glasses. They made the wrong prescription, then they forgot to order the right lenses then they closed up for Covid 19 pandemic. They don't have anyone checking or returning messages. A little communication would go a long way. What a mess.

Everyone that works at this location is fabulous!! They were all helpful and assisted me with my eyewear needs. I would recommend this store to anyone that expects great customer service. I couldn't believe how well I was taken care of. The team is extremely knowledgeable & personable :)
After my exam I was picking out glasses the red headed man working there was so engrossed with the man customer who walked in he forgot I was there. Worst experience ever I will never go back and seriously red head if you want to be in customer service get some training. Or go to a bar to pick up your man and concentrate on your job you embarrassed yourself!
