UPDATE BELOW: Had an eye exam there last night. I suffer from IBD and badly needed a restroom during my exam. The doctor was very kind and understanding and let me excuse myself for a few minutes. Went to Visionworks by appointment for refraction and a prescription to update my glasses. Everything went smoothly, my insurance was accepted, it was an altogether exceptionally pleasant experience. I had to return recently as there was a defect causing some cracks in one lens. About 14 months had passed since I was last there, however they agree there was a defect and agreed to replace the lens at no additional cost.
Staff is great my prescription was not right , but they would not listen. I would not go back . Glasses also kept getting loose .
