I had an excellent experience at Visionworks! The doctor was amazing, highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The entire staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Two months to get in then they have to rescheduled. Then they call you and put you on hold for 20 minutes the day before. Show up for the appointment and zero employees upfront. 5-10 minutes before a employee shows up.The place is understaffed/poorly staffed. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

I had an eye appointment yesterday. I was seen right on time. The staff at this particular store were wonderful. The optician was very nice, friendly super friendly. The other staff were great. I would highly recommend this place.
